Sometimes the inner sea seems very calm and yet in the depth of the Ocean, the Earth (Body) is still shaking and wide open, bleeding and screaming. Those who carry Trauma know too well those moments of unsettling peace, where the deep echo of the Trauma is still resonating.
Our capacity to feel safe in the world is a direct consequence of our capacity to feel safe in our bodies. If my body hold trauma (physical, emotional, spiritual) I will have parts in me that do not feel safe. And those parts will “speak” by telling me “this is not safe” even if there is nothing in that specific moment that is truly unsafe.
Being able to be heard, seen, and to allow others to be heard and seen. Only in that space can we create safety, and real true connection, the foundation for deep intimacy. And in a world of global ecological and systems collapse, the only thing that is going to save us, is each other, in deep, honest, emotionally intimate, connections.
I want to offer you here a way to reconnect to your cycle. Your Nature. Your wilderness. The inner beauty of your inner wisdom. As by doing so you can reconnect to your innate power, and your innate capacity to Heal.
