We will explore the theme of "New Moon, Black Moon, Rooting in our truth" and see how we can attune to the wisdom of the first new moon of the new year to go more deeply in our roots to find our truth. The energy of January is very potent for doing deep inner work and we can harvest this cycle for the greater good of humanity and our true self-expression.

What is breathwork? Breathwork is a powerful healing technique, accessible to anyone, which allows accessing unseen and locked trauma in the body. It provides powerful healing energy to your body, mind and opens the door to very deep healing. With the help of the teacher guidance and of supporting music, you will breathe through all the layers of your body, mind, and Spirit.
