Breathwork Ceremony - New Year, New Wisdom

We are inviting you to this online global Breathwork ceremony.

We will have a special ceremony on the 1st day of the calendar year!

We will explore the theme of "New Year, New Wisdom" and see how we can attune to the wisdom of Nature through our bodies to prepare ourselves for the year to come. Many challenges are present in our communities and personal life, and we have the opportunity to understand in an embodied way how our sacred design can allow us to bear abundance in spring if we take the time to grow our buds in the winter.

What is breathwork? Breathwork is a powerful healing technique, accessible to anyone, which allows accessing unseen and locked trauma in the body. It provides powerful healing energy to your body, mind and opens the door to very deep healing. With the help of the teacher guidance and of supporting music, you will breathe through all the layers of your body, mind, and Spirit.
