We are inviting you to this online global Breathwork ceremony.

We will explore the theme of "Rebirthing into Spring".

What a magical and symbolic time of the year to Breathe! Spring is traditionally in many cultures the celebration of the New Year. As it is in Nature. So we have the opportunity to align ourselves with those great cosmic forces and tap into ancient mystical myths and narratives of rebirth.

It promises to be a powerful ceremony!

Our weekly breathwork is framed with:

- A wisdom talk (20 minutes)

- Shamanic Breathwork ceremony (1 hour)

- Integration and exchanges (30 minutes)
