We will bring the powerful shamanic practice of Shape Shifting with the Power of Breathwork for this unique breathwork ceremony. We will have the opportunity to merge breathwork with an ancient shape-shifting practice to fuse through a natural state of altered consciousness with an animal guide/spirit and experience the awakening of consciousness that can be brought forth when we do this.

- A wisdom talk (20 minutes)

- Shamanic Breathwork ceremony (1 hour)

- Integration and exchanges (30 minutes)
