Wow, what a crazy, turbulent, poignant time on earth. I truly believe these are times to gather, for the medicine of the circle, of community and togetherness. And full moons are traditionally a time for celebration, ritual, and communing with the divine.  

With so much of our energy needed to meet the current circumstances- in our relationships, families, our work, environmentally and globally- we can easily live and give our life feeling disconnected from our vital, aligned, core. From the central place of wise knowing, of okayness, and of pure creativity. I know I can. Wild weather, wild emotion, often slightly behind or in-front of myself. 

This is an invitation to return home, together. To shake and move any heaviness, confusion or anxiety residing in the body, that may be subtly dictating your life. It’s an invitation to be guided into YOUR unique embodiment of this precious point of existence. Dropping from the mind into the heart, into the body, with the support of mama cacao.
