Join us as we dive deeply into understanding the physical and spiritual characteristics of one plant each month, interwoven with the energies of the season.

There will be a short ritual or guided meditation to integrate the teachings into your heart & mind. You'll also have an opportunity to share your healing intentions, ask questions about your health challenges, and receive personalized guidance on how you can reclaim your health and wellbeing.
