Herbal Healing Circle, with Diana Leahy, Clinical Herbalist

Herbal Healing Circle is a monthly container where we will gather to learn how to live in sacred alignment with your body and the cycles of Nature. 

In these circles guided by Diana Leahy, Clinical Herbalist, and Somatic Coach, we will explore as a community how you can nourish yourself with herbal medicine and embodied ritual, including individual wellness support.

February Herbal Healing Circle: Heart Medicine + Love Magic

 We will deepen our connection with herbs for the spiritual heart that help us to cultivate self-love + passion, and operate from a heart-centered mode of perception, strengthening our connection with nature, ourselves, our communities, and all our relations.

There will be a short ritual or guided meditation to integrate the teachings into your being.

You'll also have an opportunity to share your healing intentions, ask questions about your health challenges, and receive personalized guidance on how you can reclaim your health and well-being.

Diana approaches herbalism through a truly holistic framework that takes into account the physical, emotional, and spiritual roots of dis-ease. By participating, you agree to maintain confidentiality around anything shared in the circle.
