Online Healing Retreat - 5 weeks - Andean Cosmology & Breathwork

The Ancients knew how to bring back our health, wellness and how to connect us to abundance, bliss, joy, and purpose. Thousands of years ago they channeled and connected to the Andean medicine wheel. And discovered this could be the perfect tool to use as a GPS for the Soul.

In those 5 weeks together we will enter a sacred container of wisdom, healing, and discovery by exploring them through the 4 directions, the 4 elementals, the 4 Andean prayers, and the magical transformative power of our breath.

On our first ceremony, we will set up our intentions. Dive more deeply into our prayer. And what we wish to call for this retreat. I will present the initial teachings of the Andean Cosmology Medicine Wheel so you can discover and connect to its power and wisdom. We will then experience shamanic breathwork to start opening this healing we are calling. We will then spend some time exploring what is revealed and each participant will be guided with practice at home until our next connection.

Each week of our connection we will explore one element, two animals, one direction, and one prayer in the medicine wheel. We will dive into this ancient wisdom. We will connect it directly to your own life. Through wisdom teachings, reflections, and deep 60 minutes of breathwork you will have the unique opportunity to get into the deep wisdom of your body, your emotions, your soul, and your Spirit.

In order to keep the container deep, sacred, and safe I will only have 7 of you in the circle. This is a unique opportunity for a deep dive into your healing, your transformation, your life purpose, and opening locked doors into your innate wisdom and healing powers.

We will also be connected during the whole 5 weeks of our retreat through a PRIVATE WHATSAPP GROUP where you will have direct access to me for support, and to each other for connection. I will from time to time share additional resources and content there too!

My elder says that over 10,000 years ago that prayer, that medicine, was "discovered". Since then countless generations of medicine people have explored, learned, and transmitted this magic. It is my prayer in this deep healing container to share it with you and offer you the opportunity to work with one of the most ancient healing tools known to this day.
