Using Drums and Rattles in a Healing Modality with Zelda Hotaling

We are excited to have healer, author, and drum maker Zelda Hotaling coming here to lead a special workshop in how to use Drums and Rattles for the purpose of healing. This is a unique opportunity to learn from an ancestral native wisdom keeper.

In this 3 hour workshop she will share how to work with the vibrations and sounds of Drums and Rattles. We will detect where energy is stuck and how to move the energy. We will explore how the sounds from each rattle link together and do a full energy sweep throughout the body.

Zelda will bring drums and rattles for this workshop and will also have rattles for sale. Participants are invited to bring their own drums and rattles.

Presenter: Zelda is an intuitive spirit guide, healer, author, visionary, and drum, rattle and shield maker from Albany, NY. Zelda has a multicultural background, and honors all of her ancestors. She regularly visited the Kahnawaka Mohawk reservation; her grandmother and other elders made up her first teachers in the traditions and sacred ways.
