Wisdom Walk (Monthly walks in community)

The "Wisdom Walk" is an opportunity to go for a Nature Walk while sharing our gifts, wisdom, music, etc.

During the 2 hours of our walk, each person present will have the opportunity (if they wish!) to share their gift/wisdom in any form they want: A piece of poetry, a song, a prayer, wisdom about a plant, tree, animal, a breathing exercise, a meditation, a page reading of a book you love, or even a little food treat you baked!

There is no limit to what you can share and how you share it! Be creative, have fun, come connect and learn!

Also for those who do not wish to share you can just come to enjoy the wonderful place we are exploring this month: Crystal Lake Wild Forest. The 497-acre Crystal Lake Wild Forest includes a 32-acre man-made lake, seeps and streams, wetlands, and an old beaver pond. The lakeshore and surrounding moist woodland provide habitats for trilliums, wild leeks, Jack-in-the-pulpits, and Dutchmen's britches. The lake is surrounded by rolling hills. It is not uncommon to see wild bald Eagle flying over the lake...

Those walks are an amazing opportunity to connect with the community in outdoor-safe spaces, get to know each other, and learn from each other. We all carry medicine and those medicines are here to be shared!
