About the Event
During this three-day writing retreat, we will share our most intimate, raw, and honest stories, the ones that haunt us as well as those we celebrate, and the ones that have transformed us.
Through a series of writing prompts, body & mind exercises, shamanic journeying, rune readings, native drumming, group meditation, and a final performance, we will take the stories of the past, those that no longer serve us, and allow the ones that do to come through to alchemize ourselves a new future.
Allow your voice to be heard and take this opportunity to write supported in community.
