I don't need a coach! Are you sure?
Updated: Sep 2, 2019
As an entrepreneur or a CEO, you like to do your own thing right? But going at it alone is not always the best idea. There comes a time when you need an expert opinion to ensure you and your business reach its full potential. And that’s where hiring a life coach or a business coach becomes a smart move.
In the past 10 years, I have met more CEOs who were really good at what they were doing but yet had either one/many blind spots or were stuck in one aspect of their life/career. Despite having mastery in some aspects of our career and life, we all have places of potential growth. Very often those places are not even fully clear. We know we are stuck. But we are entangled in a set of limiting belief about ourselves: "I can do this, but I can't do that" or "I am good at this, but I have never been good at that".
Everytime I put new lenses on my client's eyes, everytime I guide him/her into changing its perspective, he/she discover a whole new world around them and more importantly INSIDE THEM. Then we have a new fertile soil for growth, for change, for possibilities.
I was on the Palisades a few days ago and recorded a video on "Changing your perspective"
The beauty of transformation, of change, is that it's never too late to start, and that there is never a better moment than now. Yet most of us wait for the "right moment": when I will have time, when I won't be as busy, after this launch, after this holiday, etc.
Our Ego, our actual Self, is resisting to change because it knows it will be dying in the process of transformation. It does not want the new YOU to be born.
That's why it's almost impossible to change without help. Help of a community, of family, of mentors and coaches.
Here are 10 key things a coach can help you with:
1. Get Unstuck and Find Motivation
