When we smile we trigger powerful physiological reactions in our body: the rise of endorphins, the drop of blood pressure, the drop of stress and anxiety, the increase of healing and cells regeneration, DNA repairs, etc. Even others who see that smile will experience some of those effects in their own body! The "Smile Inside" is more than just smiling. It's a deeper connection to the energy of the smile and learning how to use it and move it inside our body to heal ourselves.
In this podcast below and video here, I explain in more details why the "Smile Inside" is a powerful practice that can change your anxiety and stress level, help you sleep better, and improve your relationships at work and at home. There are recent studies who have also proven that smiling increase the "perceived level of leadership and trust" from a leader.
