Breathwork Ceremony - Finding the Center

We explore the theme of "Finding The Center".
 
Spring & Equinox are bringing the energies of balance and centeredness.
 
In a world that is very imbalance and ruled by systems of oppression and inequality, we rarely can find embodied "centeredness" in the world around us. Also if we carry trauma in our bodies, it can be difficult to find a long time of self-regulation where we feel grounded and centered.
 
Through working with our breath we want to invite the parts of us that have been abandoned and excluded to reconnect with us so we can sit in our true center and not an illusionary feeling fed by numbness, avoidance, and exclusion.
